I am a writer,historian, researcher, social media
social justice worker, and social action minister.
I have taught at Howard University as a graduate assistant,
lectured at Bowie State University, and served as an Associate Professor
of History at Lane College. I have taught American, African-American,
World, Religious, and Social history courses. I have worked as a
consultant in for Amnesty International, the Congressional Black Caucus,
Books for Africa, and for The International Human Rights Association of
American Minorities. I have worked as a National Park Service Ranger and
a Production Assistant for the NewsHour with Jim Lehrer.
One of my
goals is to create an NGO/development non-profit that helps working and
poor communities in the African-Oceanic Diaspora.
